Shane Donohue grew up in a blue-collar family that was focused on service — from his parents’ employment to time spent in the church and community. Spanning over 24 years, his career in the construction industry started in the general contractor market and later shifted to construction management. He has worked on high rises in both Dallas and Fort Worth, churches, schools, medical, automotive, and historical renovations.
While he has a passion for final products and a keen eye for quality improvements, Shane loves the entire process of constructing buildings and shaping landscapes. Shane has completed projects all over Texas and several locations outside the state as well. With every experience he has honed his impressive ability to communicate the owner’s intent to all levels of a construction team, from architects to subcontractors.
Shane was born and raised in Texas. He likes to say his wife rules the house along with his two boys. When he has a break from his boys’ activities and his wife’s to-do list, he loves to hunt, fish and play golf.
Jaime Hernandez has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He began his career with a general contractor as a project engineer and steadily advanced into a project manager role. After 11 years working with a general contractor, Jaime switched over to construction management and owner representation.
He strives to make the design, permitting and construction process for owners as painless as possible. He has experience in retail, municipal projects, automotive, schools, higher education facilities, places of worship, airport facilities and industrial projects.
Jaime grew up in Anahuac, the alligator capital of Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science. He was a member of the Corps of Cadets and Fightin’ Texas Aggie Band. He also served in the Army National Guard for 10 years with deployments to Iraq in 2005 and 2009.
Jaime is a devoted husband and father of twin girls. He spends his spare time with family and friends, and loves to travel.
